Manchester united plotting to hijack another chelsea target

After seeing Manchester United make a dramatic swoop to land a reputed Chelsea target, in the shape of Romelu Lukaku, are we set for a second dose of the same medicine?
The reason we ask is because the media network is alive, and as reported by the daily star, that Chelsea could be pipped in the race to sign the AS Monaco midfielder, Tiemou Bakayoko, by Manchester United.
According to our referenced source, Manchester United have agreed a fee, said to be in the region of £35 million for the player with the French champions.
If our source has it`s facts correct it`ll be down to the exciting 22-year-old midfielder to make his mind up as to where his future lies.
Does he have a preference to play for the club that have won the Premier League in two out of the last three seasons?
Or does he want to sign for the club that has finished 6th in the last two seasons and only qualified for the Champions League through the back door?
Surely lightning can`t strike twice can it?
